Featherlite’s horse trailer Model 9608 was specially designed to transport thoroughbreds. This gooseneck straight load trailer allows horses to be loaded through a full-width rear ramp or two side loading doors. A camper door provides entrance into the dressing room, which features a brush tray, halter hooks and a saddle rack. Owners can also select options such as interior LED strip lighting, a side ramp for front unloading and a raised six-foot ladder-accessible hay rack on top of the horse trailer.
Each stall on Featherlite’s thoroughbred horse trailer Model 9608 measures 37-1/2 inches. The interior height is seven-feet six-inches and the overall trailer width is six-feet seven-inches. The trailer length is 15 feet. The floor is covered with a three-quarter-inch thick rubber mat, and the walls have been lined with rubber for additional safety. The 9608 rides on two rubber torsion axles with a 3,500 pound capacity. Select from great options, including a range of exterior colors for the side sheets (white is standard), halogen load lights and polished "wave" style side panels.
